So I was at an okonomiyaki restaurant awhile back, and they had a potato okonomiyaki. It was amazing, but what really made it special was they recommended only using 2 ingredients for toppings. So I tried it in other okonomiyaki, and then I tried it in Takoyaki and more things and found that this was an amazing taste.
